As far as I know, the only people to call the Aymara language family as "Jaqi" are Harman et al — a better denomination would be "Aymaran". The Aymaran family is comrprised of Aymara and Jaqaru/Kawki (their status as unique variants is a matter of debate).
Also, not sure why "Tupe" is considered a Jaqi language
